Customer Service Specialist - £24,000 - £27,000 - Fixed Term

Duration: Fixed Term until 31st October 2022
Location: Witney
Hours: Monday Friday, 30 40 hours per week

Vibe Recruit are recruiting for a Customer Service Specialist for our established client in Witney. The company you will be working for are an established international grill manufacturing company.

This is a Fixed Term contract, with the contract ending on the 31/10/2022.
As a Customer Service Specialist, you will be joining the lively sales team, working together to make significant contributions to the company's overall European growth strategy.

Customer Service Specialist Responsibilities:

Contact person for the entire support process for customers
Interface between customer and sales field service
General sales support, processing of listings
Document orders, manage complaints and customer correspondence
Ensure customer satisfaction

Customer Service Specialist Skills:

Business management knowledge
Practical experience in internal sales or in similar customer-oriented activities
Computer literate in Microsoft Office, ERP System such as SAP or Navision
Customer focus
