Vibe Recruit are recruiting for Customer Service Advisors to work with our successful and well-known client in Nantgarw.

As a Call Handler, your main duty will be supporting individuals and families during the process of settling down in their new communities within the UK.

Daily responsibilities of this role are:

  • Offering callers support and advice
  • Handling enquiries
  • Answering incoming calls and managing an inbox
  • Performing administrative functions
  • Updating online accounts
  • Processing caller correspondence

Full training is provided, it is desirable for the successful candidate to hold previous customer service experience.

Working hours - Monday to Friday

You will be required to follow a shift pattern consisting of alternating hours anytime between 8am - 8pm. Shift rotas will be released 3/4 weeks in advance and there is slight flexibility.

1 Saturday in every 3 is also required to be worked with 1 weekday off in lieu.

Salary: £10.47 increasing to £10.78 per hour.

Interviews are being held at the beginning of September with starts at the end of September and beginning of October.

Applicants must hold a valid in date passport in order to apply, due to a required DBS check.

The successful candidate will need to be computer literate with a willingness to learn and ability to show compassion to others.
