Vibe Recruit are recruiting for a Customer Service Specialist for our client based in Witney. The company you will be working for are an established international grill manufaturing company based in Witney.
As a Customer Service Specialist, you will be joining the sales team, working together to make significant contributions to the company's overall European growth strategy.
Customer Service Specialist Responsibilities
- Contact person for the entire support process for customers
- Interface between customer and sales field service
- General sales support, processing of listings
- Document orders, manage complaints and customer correspondence
- Ensure customer satisfaction
Customer Service Specialist Skills
- Business management knowledge
- Practical experience in internal sales or in similar customer-oriented activities
- Computer literate in Microsoft Office, ERP System such as SAP or Navision
- Customer focus
