Job Description

My client is a leading manufacturer within Wales, and they are looking for an Office Administrator to join their fun office.

Role: Office Administrator
Area: Carmarthen
Salary: £18532.80
Days: Monday to Friday
Hours: 9 to 5
Full Time Permanent

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Manages correspondence by answering emails
Answer's phone calls and transfers them as necessary
Arranges engineer's daily route
Log's service calls in to the database
Reacts to urgent calls
Orders parts required for engineer to complete calls
Photocopies and files appropriate documents as needed

Desirable skills:
Prior Office Experience Preferred
Strong Attention to Detail
Excellent Time Management Skills
Strong Prioritisation and Organisation Skills
Ability to Handle Confidential Information
Strong Record Keeping Skills; Presentation Skills
Ability to Multitask
