Service Advisor (Temporary)

Due to increased workload, our client is seeking an experienced Service Advisor to join their team on a temporary basis. This is a great opportunity for someone with main dealership experience-ideally within Audi, Škoda, or Volkswagen-who can hit the ground running in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

You will act as a key point of contact for customers, ensuring a high standard of service while supporting the smooth day-to-day running of the service department.

Working Hours
Monday to Thursday: 8:00am - 5:30pm
Friday: 8:30am - 5:00pm

Key Responsibilities

• Handling all service enquiries via phone, email, and face-to-face
• Managing customer bookings for servicing and repairs efficiently
• Liaising with the workshop to ensure timely completion of work
• Coordinating the allocation and handover of courtesy vehicles
• Identifying and upselling additional work where appropriate
• Maintaining excellent customer service standards at all times

About You

• Previous experience as a Service Advisor within a main dealership is essential
• Experience working with Audi, Škoda, or Volkswagen brands would be highly advantageous
• Confident communicator with strong customer service skills
• Able to adapt quickly and work efficiently in a busy environment
• Reliable and able to start at short notice
• Full UK driving licence require
