Account Administrator - Oxford - Part-time (Temporary)
Position: Account Administrator
Location: Oxford
Type: Temporary
Pay rate: £13 - £15 per hour
Hours: 12 hours weekly (across 2 days)
Our client who are a small organisation based in Oxford are looking for an Account Administrator to join their team. They are run by a charity organisation and have several departments that need administrative and accounting support. The ideal candidate will have similar previous experience and knowledge of systems such as SAGE.
Immediate work available.
Responsibilities:
- Use Sage accounting system to put orders through
- Revise stock control system on SAGE
- Issue invoices for orders
- Deal with reconciliation for eBook orders (etc. Amazon, Google)
- Implement payments in line with an online authorisation payment system
- Write out basic instructions for carrying out the above duties
- May homework after training
Requirements:
- SAGE stock control and management
- SAGE invoicing and purchasing
- Zahara knowledge (desirable) - Payment authorisation system
