Job description
Vibe Recruit is working on behalf of their client in Caerphilly to recruit a Consultancy Admin Assistant.
Role Summary
This role provides end-to-end administrative support. You will coordinate assessments, manage client communication, schedule work, liaise with subcontractors, arrange surveys, and support invoicing. You will work closely with internal teams and clients to ensure smooth service delivery and identify opportunities to enhance services.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as a key point of contact for clients and internal departments
- Manage subcontractor enquiries and arrange site surveys
- Plan job schedules and manage bookings
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and client queries
- Provide general administrative support across departments
Key Skills & Attributes
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and able to learn bespoke systems (e.g. SimPRO)
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Organised, adaptable, and able to work under pressure
- Customer-focused with a professional and empathetic approach
- Reliable, punctual, and a team player
