Customer Experience (CX) Assistant

Salary - £26,500 per annum

Full-time | 37.5 hours per week | Monday – Friday

This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to start their career in Customer Service and Customer Operations. Ideal for school or college leavers, this role offers hands-on experience across customer service, customer operations, and continuous improvement within a supportive team environment.

Role Overview

The Customer Experience (CX) Assistant will provide support to the Head of Customer Excellence and the wider Customer Experience (CX) team, helping to ensure smooth day-to-day operations while gaining valuable experience across multiple customer-focused functions.

Key Responsibilities

Supporting Continuous Improvement Projects

  • Assisting with projects led by the Head of Customer Excellence
  • Collecting, organising, and inputting data for analysis
  • Maintaining accurate records and documentation
  • Documenting processes and updating project information

Supporting Customer Operations & Customer Service (BAU Tasks)

  • Providing administrative support to Customer Operations and Customer Service teams
  • Accurately inputting customer orders into internal systems
  • Handling customer queries and supporting timely resolution
  • Assisting with internal and external customer communications

General Administration

  • Maintaining records and updating internal systems
  • Supporting team coordination and day-to-day communication as required
