Job Description

Vibe Recruit's client, a large manufacturer based in Hengoed, is looking to appoint an Admin Assistant on a part time basis.

The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years experience in a similar role.

The duties and responsibilities will differ from day-to-day but will include the following -

* Responsible for checking documents for accuracy of data

* Raw material import control

* Data entry onto the systems / spreadsheets

* Reviewing and processing documentation

* Continuous updating of databases to ensure a clear audit trail is accessible should it be required

* Sales & processing new orders

* Handle customer complaints

* Liaising with other departments to ensure correct despatch dates

Working hours - Monday-Friday 10am-2pm.
