Production Manager

Production Manager - Gloucester

Vibe Recruit are partnering with a leading engineering manufacturer to recruit an experienced Production Manager for their growing operation based at their site in Gloucester.

This is a key leadership role. As a Production Manager you will be responsible for overseeing all production departments within a complex manufacturing environment, ensuring safe, efficient, and high-quality operations while delivering on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead all production areas to meet safety, quality, delivery, and cost targets
• Plan and coordinate production activities in line with project requirements
• Drive continuous improvement, productivity, and cost reduction initiatives
• Ensure compliance with quality standards and customer specifications
• Manage, develop, and support team leaders and production staff
• Work cross-functionally with projects, purchasing, and QHSE teams

About You

• Degree in Engineering/Manufacturing or equivalent experience
• Proven leadership experience in a manufacturing environment
• Strong knowledge of fabrication, machining, and materials
• Experience within regulated industries (e.g. petrochemical) desirable
• Proactive, solutions-focused, and strong communicator
