Sales Development Representative (SDR)
Vibe Recruit's client is looking for a motivated Sales Development Representative to join their Sales Team, generating new opportunities. With a wide target market, this role offers excellent potential to achieve incentive-based bonuses.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and update CRM systems with accurate records.
- Generate leads through research, calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other channels.
- Qualify inbound and outbound leads, understanding client needs, budgets, and timelines.
- Build strong relationships to drive new and repeat business.
- Book and hand over qualified meetings to the Business Development team.
- Work closely with Sales and Marketing to align strategies.
What We're Looking For
- Clear and confident communicator (written and verbal).
- Resilient, proactive, and comfortable with outbound activity.
- Organised, detail-focused, and a team player.
- 1-2 years' experience in an SDR or similar sales role (sector experience a bonus but not essential).
- Proven success in prospecting and CRM management.
The Offer
- Salary: £28,000 + 10% quarterly performance bonus
- Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:30 - 16:30
- Benefits: 22 days holiday + bank holidays (with service-based increases), healthcare scheme, workplace pension, free onsite parking, free daily meals, and additional bonus incentives.
