Salary: Up to £32,000 per annum + commission

This exciting role offers the opportunity to lead a small internal sales team while developing and managing strategic partnerships that drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and strengthen existing partner relationships

• Identify and secure new partnership opportunities

• Negotiate partnership terms and track performance

• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure effective delivery and communication

• Lead, motivate and develop a small telesales team to meet KPIs and conversion targets

• Support Customer Support functions during busy periods

What We're Looking For:

• Proven experience in partnership development and deal negotiation

• Strong commercial awareness and communication skills

• Experience managing a small team (desirable)

• CRM knowledge and strong organisational skills

• Ambition, drive, and a proactive approach
