Warehouse Administrator

My reputable and well-established client based in Swansea is seeking a Warehouse Administrator to join their team. The primary focus of this role primarily will be within Stock Control, Goods Inward and Transport to ensure the highest level of service, quality and efficiency within my clients' operation.

The main duties in this role will be:
Record and process all returns and send the paperwork to the relevant personnel
Provide support to and or assist the stock controller with stock control activities
Assist in the cycle count process from start to finish.
Assist and investigate deviations raised by other departments
Assist in dealing with notification of errors found whilst picking.
Booking on stock from suppliers when stock is in transit.
Provide support to and assist the Transport administrator
Participate in continuous improvement processes
Any other reasonable duties as directed by a supervisor or Manager

The key skills you will need in order to be successful within this role are:

Experience of working in a fast paced, logistics warehouse environment
Good working knowledge of Sage, training will be provided.
Proficient using a range of office IT, including Microsoft programmes and Warehouse Management Systems
Ability to communicate well with internal and external contacts
High organisational capabilities, time management and ability to work to deadlines.
Reliable and excellent timekeeper
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
Proven ability to solve problems quickly
This is a PERMANENT, FULL-TIME position with a salary of circa £22,000 PLUS the below benefits:
