A Year in Review: Catching Up with Alex Thompson on His First 12 Months at Vibe
It’s hard to believe it’s already been a year since Alex Thompson joined the Vibe team as a Senior Recruitment Consultant within the Bridgend branch. We caught up with him to hear about his experiences, key achievements, and what he’s learned during his first 12 months with Vibe Recruit.
Getting Started at Vibe
Alex settled into our team seamlessly, as though he’d been with us already. He said:
“I was nervous getting back into agency recruitment, but I shouldn’t have been. I am working in a fantastic team with great people and also making great relationships with clients and candidates. I’m looking forward to continuing the hard work that’s gone into this past year into next and beyond.”
Key Achievements
Over the past year, Alex has made a significant impact. He account manages one of the branch’s largest, high-volume accounts and has achieved notable successes - from building strong relationships with clients and candidates to contributing to placements that have made a real difference. Alex shares:
“One of my favourite parts of the job has been seeing the impact our work has on people’s careers.”
