We’re delighted to welcome Stephanie Chiyangwa to Vibe Care as our new Business Development Manager.

Vibe Care is the specialist healthcare division of Vibe Recruit, delivering compliant healthcare recruitment and homecare solutions across the UK. From temporary and permanent staffing to live-in and complex care services, we support providers, commissioners and families with workforce solutions built on quality, integrity and partnership.

Stephanie joins at an important stage in our continued growth.

Supporting Safe, Sustainable Healthcare & Homecare Services

The health and social care landscape continues to evolve - with increasing regulatory expectations, workforce pressures and growing demand for person-centred care delivered both within services and in individuals’ own homes.

Stephanie’s role will focus on strengthening our partnerships across:

  • Domiciliary and homecare providers
  • Live-in care services
  • Residential and nursing homes
  • Complex and specialist care settings
  • Local authorities and commissioning teams

Her remit is clear: to support organisations with workforce strategies that promote continuity, compliance and long-term stability - not simply short-term cover.

Strengthening Workforce Resilience

Safe and effective care depends on stable staffing, and Stephanie will work collaboratively with providers to support:

  • Structured workforce planning
  • Continuity of care delivery
  • Compliance-led recruitment processes
  • Transparent and responsive communication
  • Scalable staffing and care solutions

By aligning recruitment and care services with operational needs and governance standards, Vibe Care continues to support services in maintaining safe, responsive and well-led environments.

Built for 2026 and Beyond

Growth at Vibe Care is intentional. It is grounded in regulatory understanding, partnership-led working and sustainable service development.

Stephanie’s appointment strengthens our ability to deliver high-quality healthcare staffing and homecare provision nationwide - reinforcing our commitment to supporting services that prioritise safety, effectiveness and person-centred care.

If you would like to explore partnership opportunities or discuss how Vibe Care can support your service, we would be pleased to connect.
