Job description
Vibe Recruit are delighted to be recruiting for an organised and customer-focused Administrator to join our client's well-established team Pembroke Dock.
This role is perfect for someone who enjoys a varied day, combining administrative responsibilities with customer interaction in a busy trade counter environment. You'll be an essential part of ensuring the smooth running of daily operations.
Key Responsibilities
Administration & Operations
- Completing daily banking and till reconciliation
- Processing goods received notes and updating purchase orders
- Booking in IBTs and special orders
- Monitoring stock movements and resolving discrepancies
- Maintaining shelf-edge labels and managing stationery supplies
- Filing advice notes and providing proof of delivery when required
- Supporting stock takes and correcting stock location issues
What They Are Looking For
- Excellent attention to detail and strong organisational skills
- Confident communication and customer service abilities
- Ability to multitask across admin and customer-facing duties
- Previous experience in retail, administration, or trade counter environments (preferred)

Role Details
- Hours: Monday to Friday, between 7.30am - 4.30pm (38.75 hours per week)
- Salary: £25,000 - £28,000 depending on experience
