Are you a Commercial Property Lawyer on the look out for a new challenge with a company that can boast an excellent reputation?

We are currently recruiting for a commercial property lawyer to join a thriving team in Bath. This role offers the opportunity to work within a supportive, enthusiastic, and multi-office team environment. The team in question is highly regarded, serving a diverse clientele locally, in London, and across the UK.

You will be handling a varied caseload of commercial property matters including:

• Acquisitions and disposals
• Leases
• Lease renewals
• Lease management
• Property finance
• Development projects
• Corporate transaction support.

As the new Commercial Property Lawyer you will:

• Have the ability to solve problems
• Be Client-focused and have strong client handling skills
• Be able to instil client confidence
• Possess good negotiating skills
• Have strong presentation and interpersonal skills
• Can-do attitude
• Display flexibility and be able to multitask and manage time efficiently
• Show a tenacity and determination to accomplish tasks within deadlines
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
