Are you an experienced Logistics, Transport or Production Administrator on the lookout for a fresh, new role with excellent career development and progression prospects? We are currently recruiting for a Logistics Administrator to join a company that works with a number of designer brands in Swansea.
This is a great opportunity to join a well established firm in a role where you can take advantage of an excellent environment and great ongoing support.
As Logistics Administrator you will:
- Use your communication skills when not only arranging transport but also when effectively liaising with different internal departments such as planning, production and the warehouse
- Draw on your attention to detail when accurately filling in shipping forms, inputting data into a CRM system and creating correct shipping labels.
- Build relationships with key suppliers, 3rd party couriers and storage facilities
- Display organisation skills when handling multiple requests from different areas of the business and working to sometimes tight timescales
- Use negotiation skills and be able to identify trends
