We are currently recruiting for Support workers with or without experience to join a leading Care Home in Llandeilo. This is a great opportunity if you are looking to help provide an invaluable service to the local community.

This role is supporting adults with learning disabilities within a supported living setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• You will be providing emotional and practical support to individuals, helping them live independently.
• You will be assisting with daily activities, such as shopping, cooking, and attending appointments.
• Building positive relationships with service users and empower them to achieve their goals.
• Ensuring the safety and well-being of those you support.

Requirements:

• No Experience Needed: Full training is provided!
